1. No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Digital products are considered “used” after they have been downloaded or accessed, making them ineligible for return.

2. Exceptions

We only offer refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If you purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
  • If the file is corrupted and cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a functional version of the product within 7 business days.
